Outstanding Reliability

1. Cooperating with Austrian AVL, we strengthened the intensity of cylinder liner to avoid the heat distortion.

2. The crankshaft is forged by alloy steel to make sure it lasts 3 times longer than those made in cast-iron.

3. The maximum ambient temperature of radiator is up to 50°C, which could be working well in Africa & Middle East area.

Economic Power

1. 93mm cylinder bore diameter. Low displacement and high compression ratio, lowest fuel consumption is less than 213g/kw.h

2. The fuel pump cavities are made by integral foundry technology, which ensures higher pump discharged pressure 

and better pulverization.

3. AVL patented design of ball & w firebox enables more sufficient mixed of fuel and air.

Eco-friendly Feature

1. The weight difference of pistons is less than 8g.

2. The un-counterbalance of crankshaft is less than 30g.cm, which turns out better stability.

3. The noise, one meter away, is less than 92dB(A)

4. The piston gap and cylinder sleeve is strictly controlled under 0.027-0.045mm to reduce mechanical noise.

5. The oil sump is made from double-deck steel plate with sound-gear case cover and valve-chamber cover to reduce mechanical noise
